Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund process. Please review our refund terms below:

Prior 30 Days

Full refund. No retention charges will be applied.

Prior 15 days​

50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Prior 07 Days

One night’s (first night) retention will be charged. The remainder will be refunded.

 

Prior 72hrs

No refund. The full booking amount will be charged.

No Show

In case of a no-show, the entire stay amount will be retained. No refunds will be issued.

Medical emergency

In case of cancellations due to medical emergencies, guests must provide valid medical documentation. Refunds in such cases will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of the management.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
