Prior 30 Days
If canceled, 30 days prior to the arrival date- no retention will be levied.
Prior 15 days
If cancelled, 15 days prior to the arrival date 50% refund is applicable.
Prior 07 Days
If canceled, 07 days prior to the arrival date one night’s (first night) retention is levied.
Prior 72hrs
If canceled, 72 Hours prior to the arrival date- entire stay will be charged/levied.
No Show
All No shows will also attract 100% retention charges
Medical emergency
Amount will be refunded as per above parameters & will be refunded through cheque/online & will not be refunded in cash.
